When scheduling a service call, click on the yellow button and choose the best day and time slot that works best for you. Our system will automatically sync your request to our dispatch team and you will be scheduled for the desired time and date. Don't forget to provide a valid phone number in case our dispatch team needs to contact you for any reason regarding your request.

How our Service Call works

To send a technician out for a service call our service fee starts at $80 and can go up as high as $145 depending on the type of appliance. However if there are any immediate repairs being done to the appliance being diagnosed, the service fee will apply toward the repair cost.

EXAMPLE: If the quote for repair is $100, then the $80 service call fee is not charged on top of the $100. In the event where the appliance is too costly for repair or is close to the cost of a new appliance, then only the service call fee of $80 is due.
